Greg O’Gallagher – Body weight Mastery Program HowTo Video 360p
Hey so I recently started a program called BodyWeight Mastery Program from kinobody and I wanna know if it’s good or if i should stop following it. It’s split into 8 levels and 1 absolute beginner level. Im currently doing level 1 and im progressing fine but idk. Here’s the routine:
Begginer and level 1:

Its split in workout A and B and is supposed to be done 3 days a week on non consecutive days.

Did you pay for it?
Have you done any training before? Have you tried the Recommended Routine ?
I think its okay-ish, but I find that it lacks mobility training, a nice warmup and bodylinedrills. Also lacking Horizontal Pulls as far as I have seen it, I might be wrong tho.
I recommend a routine recommended by this sub (like the RR, or Antraniks routine or starting bodyweight)

Well, the program cost 39,99$ but i just did a quick google search and found the main pdf for free 😀 I’ve been training for about 2 months and before I found this program I just did some wierd program I found on youtube.
I guess I could try the recommended routine…

For me, there are two at the top of anyone’s bullshit.

Lazar, Ivan and Dusan’s Bar Brothers The System. Period.

Greg’s Kinobody Bodyweight Mastery Program.

Nothing else matters.
The only issue I found with Bar Brothers was that I was just too fucking lazy to do all their routines 5-6 days per week. Greg’s 3 day split is great, you’ll never work out for more than 45 minutes on workout days.
